Security

 • When you enter the front door be sure that nobody follows you in.  Residents are required to use their access cards and visitors are admitted via entry system in Front Foyer.

• When you enter the garage from the ramp, follow the security plan listed above with the added caution to always press the opening device yourself even if you see the door up.  There have been a few accidents when a driver saw the garage door open and didn’t make it all the way into the garage before the door came down.

• Please report strangers, unusual or dangerous situations to Gordon Wegg as soon as possible.

• COVID – always wear a mask in an interior common area (hall, elevator, Lobby)

• To avoid harmful mold, turn on the exhaust fan in the hall bathroom every time you use your clothes dryer.
