Below is a listing of the trades people the Condo is using for the types of services indicated, as well as the Police Division #51 and the Hydro emergency phone number. 

These are suppliers that are doing work for the Condo and, as such, are familiar with the building. Owners have stated a preference for dealing with suppliers who are familiar to us and have done work within the building.  However it must be clearly understood that if you hire one of these suppliers, you enter into a separate commercial transaction between you and the company involved.  MTCC 600 does not guarantee the services provided or the rates.
