Gordon Wegg Profile
Gordon Wegg has been our Building Supervisor since October 2021.
His involvement with 256 Jarvis Condominium goes back to 2015
when he took over duties while our previous Building Supervisor
was on an extended vacation.
Gordon is responsible for the physical maintenance, safety and
operation of the building and property. This includes cleaning and
minor repairs of the common areas, handling garbage and recycling,
managing security, ventilation, water, and electrical systems and
maintaining records of all repairs and inspections.
Gordon addresses concerns of residents promptly, supervises
moves and deliveries of large items and co-ordinates with
contractors and board members.
Our Building Supervisor can be reached during the weekdays
between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
